I work with artists, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community advocates to create participatory frameworks that generate learning and planning for strategic action from the ground up. I am happy being embedded in complex initiatives that prioritize deep relationship building and systems change. I also enjoy coming alongside practitioners as a coach to enhance their critical reflective capacity and exercise their evaluative thinking muscles. I often work in my hometown of Philadelphia and my former home of Los Angeles, but I also work regularly with collaborators and clients across the country.
